We do not service ANY fixed, stationary, non-movable, window or door awnings

We gladly service retractable awnings, depending on the brand, etc. Please fill out the form after you have gathered as much information pertaining to your awning as possible (frame color, brand, size, location, issue with the awning). It is also very helpful if you have pictures or video of the frame, brackets and arms.

We need the following measurements and information. Please extend your awning to the maximum position when measuring (see photo for measurement guidance).

Width (A)*
The width is left to right of the awning, cassette, or hood along the building.
Depth/Projection (D)*
Fabric Depth (D) - The overall fabric depth or "projection" is the length the fabric that measures from the back of the front bar to the front of the roller bar when fully extended. To provide this measurement, open your awning all the way and measure on top or along the side of the fabric from the back of the front bar (where the valance is hanging from) to the front of the roller bar (where the fabric rolls up when closed). For this measurement, round up to the nearest inch.
